GHOST Virus Launchpad(Hack Wars Solution)

This Virus is simple and very effective to a enemy computer or a hacking war.
I been asked to create this GHOST Virus for hacking war so hope it helps!
The Deactivation code is in the folder when you install it.
When opening the launchpad it will reveal the virus.. you will have 1000 seconds to deactivate it or it will complete its process of destruction.
its complete deactivated till you open launchpad so your safe till then...
