| how to make a lagg switch: EASY take a light switch and make shure you have the wires and connect them to your router and to the switch there your done! when you want it to lagg switch it off for a second and back on. | If you have to use a lag switch, you shouldn't be playing.
No offense, but that shit pisses me off.
Also, a light switch is not necessary. Any box will do, such as a Cell phone box, like the one I have. I will tell you this, if you intend to make a lag switch, you must know what you are doing, otherwise you might wreck a perfectly good Ethernet cord for something that could get you banned anyway. Yes, lag switches can get you banned, especially if you play with people like me that will report you. | |

| The only reason lag switches caught on was to due Glitches in the first Gears of War.
It was cool back then, but now it seems like everyone is using them.

| A lag switch is just a internet cable that has been cut and reattached to a light switch, so when you flip it, the game will lag out. It only works if you're the host of the match. Otherwise, you're the only one that will lag.
It was first made to do tricks in the original Gears of war, but it was patched. Since then, it's gained popularity, and has ruined a bunch of matches in most games. | |
